Ayomide Jonathan Jegede is a bioinformatics researcher dedicated to advancing biomedical research through computational biology and data-driven approaches. He currently serves as a Research Assistant at Anchor Biomed Research Institute, where he contributes to research projects while training students and young scientists in bioinformatics and immunoinformatics.
His research interests span genomics, immunoinformatics, pathogen genomics, vaccine design, and precision medicine. He has contributed to multidisciplinary research projects exploring computational vaccine development, molecular diagnostics, reproductive physiology, nanotechnology, and personalized medicine. His work emphasizes the application of bioinformatics tools to understand disease mechanisms and accelerate the development of novel therapeutic strategies.
