Dr Lydia Oluwatoyin Ajayi

Dr. Oluwatoyin Ajayi is a lecturer and researcher in the field of Nutrition and Reproductive Biochemistry. She completed her doctorate in the year 2021 with interest in various treatments for metabolic diseases and reproductive impairments.

She is experienced in different basic and molecular laboratory techniques. She has not only had to work with a team to conduct intervention researches, she has also designed experiments independently for undergraduate students.

She has five years of teaching experience as a University Lecturer and as student advisor. As a passionate researcher, Dr Oluwatoyin has contributed to the field of science with over twenty publications in reputable national and international journals and book chapters.

She has an excellent team spirit which is evident by being a member of a productive research team. Similarly, Dr Oluwatoyin Ajayi has gone through several trainings to get acquainted with new technologies and methodologies needed for more credible and relevant researches.

She has attended many conferences and seminars for personal and career advancement. She takes pleasure in impacting her students with skills that could help them navigate through academics and life challenges. She is a good listener, a passionate educator and a valuable asset to the academic community.
